Generation I was born in the eighties and grew up in nineteties, at that time the people still rely on themselves to do the things. We go to school and make food on our own and it is totally different with children nowadays, however we are also quite happy since we play with our friends in the normal way.
We share the feelings of things and we also point out the things that we don't like at a young age. Even when we got to our twenties we still can follow our heart to choose the people that we like and want to marry.
From this aspect we are better than our parents because in their time , the marriage was still controlled by their parents and they marry with the people that they would only meet at their wedding.
They believe the parents words is right and they couldn’t find the right person by their own and so on. This leads to the problem when two people does not love each other anymore but have to put up with one another until their deaths. This is mainly because they find it hard to accept divorce and they care too much about hwat the people around them would say.
In the current society ,the situation is totally changed because people care more about themselves, so
if they don’t like each other then they won’t get married and would choose to become single instead. I think that this is the difference between the generation between the past and the present. What would you say regarding this?
