编译VLC静态库通过了，并且在官方的源码中也能正常使用此静态库

解决方案:把C language Dialect 设置为Compoler Default 把 Compolile Source As 设置为According to File Type 最重要的要把 C++ Standard Library 设置为 libstdc ++ 最后一步把appdelegate的.m文件后缀改为.mm 问题解决 成功走起 。。
