购买机票是出行的关键之一，尤其是决定成本方面。平时上海往返奥克兰的机票（经济舱）也就6000人民币左右，可是到了中国新年，立即涨到25000到30000。
买机票都上网了，面对面沟通相对较少，经常用的到单词和短语如下:

如果是现场买票，售票人员要了解的信息可以概括为以下几点，听懂一两个单词，就知道对方需要什么。
1）单程票（One Way/Single Ticket）还是返程票（Round Trip/return ticket）
2）去程日期 -（depart date ）和返程日期（return date）
3）座位选择 - 靠窗座位（window seat ）/过道座位（aisle seat）
4）行李 - 手提行李（Carry-on Luggage） / 托运行李（Check-in Luggage ）

旅游必用网站
说到旅游，一个必须要谈的网站是携程（ctrip.com）。携程就像旅游界的淘宝，各类旅游产品，景点门票等等，只有我们想不到，没有他们卖不到。服务也到位，身在国外，在携程上买当地的旅游产品都不是问题。
让我印象比较深刻的是携程网上一个交通和景点通票。应该是在巴黎，买一张通票，某个限定的时间内市内所有交通工具随便坐，票上所有的景点都可以去，真的是方便至极。
我在国内旅游的时候，大多也是首选携程，大到选择十几天的一个旅游团，小到一个博物馆讲解服务，携程都提供价位高低不同的选择。
