In the last two months all start from zero, but something I'm sure: the more I do, the more I learn.

So even if I often worked overtime to the next day and only one day I had a break in the past two months' weekends, I still don't feel tired now. With a smart leader, working just like learning, where you feel confused, where you learn and conquer it; where you conquer it where you do faster and conquer more and...... then do faster and faster. As long as you get into the gravitational circle, everything positive will happen naturally.
