Address the Issue >After you understand the review, you'll need to make the necessary changes to fix the issue. Resubmit Your App >Sometimes, we just need some additional information about your app, or your app's metadata needs to be edited. If this is the case, you don't need to resubmit your app. Simply make the changes and send us a message in Resolution Center when you're done.

If other changes need to be made, you'll need to resubmit. After you do, we'll typically respond within 48 hours, unless your app requires extra attention.
After we've completed the review, we'll update your app's status and let you know.

9月16号上午10点收到苹果审核人员的电话，电话中沟通了20分钟，沟通了当前APP遭遇4.3的原因，以及提及一些改进方案！挂断电话后，收到如下回复：

As we discussed, your app was found to be out of compliance with App Store Review Guidelines 4.3.

通过电话沟通，总结了dating类app上架的要点：

1.苹果商店dating类app已经饱和，不再接收新的社交类APP(功能独特的除外)
2.现在的社交类新提审APP，苹果都会当作个案来审核
3.因为目前开发帐号是个人开发者帐号，审核人员提到被拒还因为APPLE认为个人开发者账号不具备能力运营出高质量的APP，后期的用户量庞大，监管以及运营需要公司规模来运营
4.没有任何特色的APP不再接受! 功能要完善，质量要高，亮眼功能，着重强调不要再做传统的社交
5.以上要求必须得一步到位，不能通过迭代的方式达到(质量、设计、体验、视觉感、创新等方面)要求
6.付费聊天的功能太普遍了
