Phobius 跨膜蛋白

安装Phobius：

http://phobius.sbc.su.se/data.html

tar -xzvf phobius101_linux.tar.gz

cd /mnt/g/ubuntu_software/tmp/tmpbKioAY/phobius

加入环境变量

vim ~/.bashrc
添加：

export PATH=$PATH:/mnt/g/ubuntu_software/tmp/tmpbKioAY/phobius

保存：

：wq!

运行

phobius.pl -h

phobius.pl -short  test.fasta > output.file

报错“Use of uninitialized value $predstr in concatenation (.) or string at /mnt/g/ubuntu_software/tmp/tmpbKioAY/phobius/phobius.pl line 261, <SOUT> line 3003”
