修改官方软件源：
System Settings --> Software & Updates --> Ubuntu Software --> Download from --> Other.. --> China --> Select Best Sever
系统会帮你选择最佳的源。
修改第三方软件源：
System Settings --> Software & Updates --> Other Software
把所有以ppa打头的源地址去掉。
随后
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get install -f
以免以后遇到 apt-get 出现依赖 unmet 的问题。
