The First hour from 8:30 am the first 2 days I was a linesman for the game between the young boys and young Girls which was well performed and I observed a nice a game and clean where the first day the girls got the Victory with a result of 3-2 and the next day it the boys as well managed to get the Victory as well by 2-1 it was a very clean and Nice Games.
on the second. session we got a group of Kids in the Age between 10 and11 years old where we devided the session into 4 parts
I.warm up
in the warm up session we used a way that allow kids to touch the ball and get used to it before the whole training
Il.technical skills
we set a pair of kids on each corner and allow them to copy the exercise demonstrated by the coaches which teaches them the control and the use of the inner and outer foot on the ball then passing to your player. we used a set of competition which allows the kid to work hard and work under pressure and get a winning spirit
III. Game situations
after the drilling part that includes the technical skills we allowed to play a game of 4v4 where they apply what they have learnt and build a game situation and also the kids get used to play in a proper and organized games where most of the football regulations are applied.
IV stretching and cooling down
in this phase the Head coach of the group helps the kids to cool down and stretch as well ,and congratulate the kids that performed well in order to be an example of the other players.
