voice 特指人的嗓音， 或者类似人的嗓音。

He speaks English. 他讲英语。 当你在描述一个事物的时候， 你为了让人印象深刻， 你会渲染，修饰。我们可以用 副词 来修饰 讲英语的动词。
He speaks English fluently. 当副词不足以表达的时候。 我们会用 as...as 进行比较。
He speaks English as fluently as he spikes Chinese. 用已知的现象 跟 未知的现象进行比较。
