Bifanas are as popular in Portugal as hamburgers are in America. They are served barbequed at picnics, sporting events, and festivals. They are easy to prepare at home, by simply grilling them on a stove top skillet. They can be served with or without onions depending on your preference.

2 pounds Boneless pork loin

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Garlic powder or 3 crushed garlic cloves

1茶匙辣椒粉
½ teaspoon pepper
半茶匙胡椒
½ cup of white wine
半杯白葡萄酒
1 or 2 tablespoons piri piri sauce (adjust to your taste preference)
1-2汤匙的霹雳酱汁(根据你的口味调节用量)
Preparation
准备:
Slice the pork loin into ½ inch slices. Place the slices between plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet until the pork is ¼ inch thick. This process will make the pork very tender.

Season with the remaining ingredients and let the pork marinate for at least ½ hour before cooking but best if left overnight in the refrigerator.

Cook on an outdoor hot grill or in saute pan for about 3 to 4 minutes per side or until fully cooked.

Preparation

Saute the onions and peppers with olive oil until translucent and slightly browned.

Add the remaining ingredients and cook until the onions are a golden colored. Set aside on low heat until ready to pour over the pork.
