To become a successful entreprenur or merchant, the most significant consideration should be maximize the profit from customers. To embark, by using the formula of profit maximization, profit equals to total revenue subtract total cost where total revenue equals to price (P) multiply quantity (Q). Therefore, either method could travel by whether incresing the price for each product, or adding more quantity. The problem of increasing price (P) would be losing customer's patient and over beyond their expactation on the product. Since the customers started their interestes on your commercial product, but your price is arising because you want to maximize your profit. Here comes the stakeholder conflict between you as internal shareholder and customers as external stakeholder. The conflict might intensely occured without any compromise. The initial motivation of a shareholder or merchant, as I mentioned previously, is to enlarge their profit, which are demanded to contribute to their employees and managers where internal stakeholders should be. The problem of improving quantity could be the conflict between shareholders and suppliers. The high demand from shareholders of their quantity on the preferance product, which cause overload pressure of suppliers. The extending working hours unless wage increase may deduce the motivation from these supplies, even they will go on strike for their heavy load working pressure. The working capital might be extremely high as accomplish one shareholder's determine. Secondly, as enlarging of company's size, there might have some franchise corporations might be opened at the same time, the operation capital demands the shareholders to authentically spend some cash out for paying these fees. In several developed countries even in HongKong China, the salaries for each employee is extremely high, because the fee they are going to pay for insurance and other external source of finance might meet the high expactaion on them. The negative impact maybe occured when bosses pay their employees. Thirdly, the trade-off relationship between profit and ethics could be the problem. The pressure group or even government will be intervene if some shareholders do not follow the society ethics where you got tons of income resources. During this time, the best method to solve this problem is to donate them into a charity or other corporatives. The motivation of employees might somehow been improved by this method as well as improving customer's loyalty on your company. However, the problem is your profit might be reducing although with high reputation among customer's level. These are all the considerations that a good manager should consider about when they operate a company especially without any allowance from the government. More specifically, as long as a shareholder get rid of these problems, they could authentically become a successful shareholder at the end of the stage.

要成为一个成功的企业家或商人,最重要的考虑应该是最大化客户的利润。首先,利用利润最大化的公式,利润等于总收入减去总成本,总收入等于价格(P)乘以数量(Q)。因此,无论哪种方法都可以通过提高每种产品的价格,还是增加数量来实现。提高价格的问题(P)会失去顾客的耐心,超出他们对产品的期望。既然客户开始对你们的商业产品感兴趣,但你们提高价格是因为你们想使利润最大化。作为内部股东的你和作为外部利益相关者的客户之间的利益冲突就来了。没有任何妥协,冲突可能会激烈地发生。正如我前面提到的,股东或商人最初的动机是扩大他们的利润,这就要求他们把利润贡献给员工和管理者,而内部利益相关者应该是他们。提高数量的问题可能是股东和供应商之间的冲突。股东对优选产品的数量要求过高,造成供应商的过载压力。如果不提高工资,延长工作时间可能会削弱这些供应商的积极性,甚至他们也会因为繁重的工作压力而罢工。作为完成一个股东的决定,营运资金可能会非常高。其次,随着公司规模的扩大,可能会同时开设一些特许经营公司,运营资本要求股东真实地花一些现金来支付这些费用。在一些发达国家,甚至在中国香港,每个员工的工资都非常高,因为他们将要支付的保险和其他外部资金来源的费用可能会满足他们的高扩张。负面影响可能发生在老板给员工发工资的时候。第三,利润和道德之间的权衡关系可能是问题所在。如果一些股东不遵守社会道德,那么压力集团甚至政府都会介入,因为你有大量的收入资源。在此期间,解决这个问题的最好方法是将他们捐赠给慈善机构或其他公司。通过这种方法,员工的动机可能在某种程度上得到了改善,同时也提高了客户对你公司的忠诚度。然而,问题是你的利润可能会减少,尽管在客户中享有很高的声誉。这些都是一个好的管理者在经营公司时应该考虑的因素,尤其是在没有政府任何补贴的情况下。更具体地说,只要股东摆脱了这些问题,他们就可以在阶段结束时真正成为一个成功的股东。
