i found that when i fell asleep in an comfortable conditions，i will wake up with comfort.
since this summer vacation, i will have a two-hour noon sleep every day. different with today, with the air conditon blows, there is always a fan cold down the air.
i do not know if it was a coincidence, with the fan accompanies me, i will fall on nightmare, which makes me feel down in deep heart.
but it didnot happened today. so i concluded these above.
