As a leader you must  decided what  you will do , the team will do , if some employees don't adaption  you team you must decided let them depart.

        If a wrong man stay in the team it will give the team the steer  power  and destroy it , so you must fire that  not adapted or not want be changed .

        Because your responsibility  decide you must responded, no matter that person  was you decided to employ. you must change  the wrong  decided  and respond .

        Everyone  would  do the wrong things  but if the decided give the team negative  influence you must decided, you must face to face to yourself  , you must face to face the wrong decided and give you self the chance to change  .

        Control your emotions and did the decided , never decided in angry but decided when you have a long logically think.

        You should give the people chance to change , give them chance to growing up . If them don't want change or haven't the correct result  you must fired them and let them leave .  it's right for your organization  and for you employees .

        Sometimes wrong person give you negative  influence, you  will be a bad man , find the right person  and give them the chance , and growing up with them .

        No matter you are a manager  or a leader  you must find the right person  for you team , it's a very important thing for you , it's a very important responsibility for you . you must do it yourself , because the positive person will take the right power to the team ,not the negative power or the strength .

        Thinking and deciding , somebody you can influence  , but not someone you cannot influence  .

        A long  time ago I has find this secret, you just find the right person not try to change a person , it's very  difficult to you you will spend a long time to change.
