英语教学培训总结

Today was the third day training,this day has been gone very quickly.The process were full of happiness and difficulties.I would like also to share my thoughts and opinions and the lesson we learned today as usual.

Warm up:

During this part,there was a game for everybody to participate in.This game was very interesting and we came to realize that the ability to imitate and response quickly is very important.With this form of beginning,i started to look forward to the rest part of the class.

My feelings and ideas are as a whole concluded as three parts:

Firstly,with the advocates of the host Rain,we were exposed to a very active class.Therefore teachers should learn that we are modern teachers in modern days ,the teaching concept has transferred from “teacher- centered,knowledge-centered,class-centered”to “students-centered,activities-centered’.

Secondly,there is always a way that we should communicate with the kids.The kids psychology part is essential when we get along with them.And the kids behaviors can be described and in different place we need to handle with the kids behaviors -related problems.

Thirdly,the class need to be started with the teachers’ solutions about it.Different situations like if students cry,can’t understand what you say...then you have to deal with it and to achieve a happy ending.Not everyone was good at teaching whether for Chinese teachers or for the foreign teachers,they can correct them if they are talking loudly,leaving off the seats or attacking each  other.Teachers need to aware of the kids’ not good behaviors.They can do this from the aspects of following steps:

A)to give students some warnings.

B)to have rules with them

C)to talk with the problem kids

We as teachers although can not criticize the students by punishing them directly,on the one hand we can talk to them ,we can tell them what is wrong and what is right,we can reward the good behaviors;on the other we have to give them feedback immediately after the wrong behaviors happens.(hammers to click on their head)

The way you talk to your children is the single greatest factor in shaping their personalities and self-confidence.

Contents of the 3-15 class

1 kids’ psychology

Theory:

Brian Tracy,he is a Canadian-American self development author of over seventy books.popular books The Psychology of Achievement.

Introduction:

It is a research which analysis the children from their birth to their 15 years old.

Some psychologists divide it into several partitions by ages:the neonatal period,babyhood,childhood,boyhood,adolescence.

Some others divide it by mental development process:perceptual development,memory development,thinking development,attention development and language development.

Discussions:

1)How to raise happy children?

Ensure your children have rules

Empower them to make their own decisions

Talk to them in certain manners

2)How to raise confident children?

Ensure your children have rules

Empower them to make their own decisions

Talk to them in certain manners

2 Demonstration

0-3 years old

Touch feel and try,try everything they see,doesn’t want help,easy-going.

4-6 years old

Mine,like to talk,sing and do things by themselves,easy to get angry, don’t want to show

7-9 years old

Study,make friends,like computers,fight with themselves,attack,tell lies

10-12 years old

Rebellious Period

Don’t make opposite-sex friends

Don’t cooperate

Their own ideas and world

13-18 years old

Rebellious period

Easy to attract

Addicted  to  bad  habits

3 Let’s practice

Kids are quiet,they have no interaction with the teacher

Encourage:hold hands,hug,say and do with them  surprised voice or facial emotions.

Communicate:be afraid of interacting/psychological appearance.

Ask methods from parents:Encourage them in front of their class or their parents.

The solutions:When we meet this situation

1 Ask him to calm down,we can ask him some other questions to attract their eyes,the new clothes,shoes,bag,hair style.etc.

2 Be fair,when play games or do activity,make sure that you are fair to everyone

3 Ask parents,w hat happened to him in the morning,eat nothing might have a stomachache.

4 Encourage,when they begin to listen to you,give them prize.

In the class,the trainer taught us how to deal with the attaching child?

When this situation happens,

stop them ,Stop the children and separate them

Ask the reasons,

Communicate,talk &promise

Apologize

Calm down,say sorry,make friends or hug.

In the class,the trainer taught us how to play jokes?

1 For all students(warning,punishment,reward system)

2 Apologize(say sorry,promise reward)

3 Punish(punishment,the person who he is afraid of)

4 Think(If others play jokes on him,what is his feeling?)

In the class,the trainer taught us how to deal with the kids who is too active?

1 Control

Everyone has a chance,raise your hand or lose stars or chance

3 Requirement

Clear the requirement or be the helper

Finally in the class,we have peer-graded assignment

While talking in a group,we have shared ideas to solve the problems.We sat in a circle and then answered the questions one by one.

1 In group,find differences between the two situations.

2 If one of your student is hyper active,how will you deal with him/her?

3 Two of your students are fighting,what will you do?

4Your kids are too young and they can’t follow your attention for the lesson .What procedure you will take to solve this problem?

5 From your experience,share a behavior and tell us how did you deal with it.
