跟读内容：今天跟读的是C10 Test2 Par4的第21句到第31句

1、Above all they'll need great skills in leadership (Q38), so that their organisation can initiate and respond to change in a fast-moving world, where they face lots of competing requirements and potential conflicts.(C10 Test2 Par4第22句)
initiate是initiative的动词形式，过去我只会用initiative来表示原创的，最初的等意思，今天跟读这句话发现，initiate做动词，可以表示发起，创始，或者提出一个新东西，比如这句话中的initiate a change, 发起一个变革；类似的例子还有，initiate a project, 发起一个项目，或者initiate a discussion 发起一场讨论等
另外就是above all，这个词组，不是表示以上，而是做副词表示最重要的是。。。
2、The predominant style of management will almost certainly become more consultative and collaborative, caused above all by more women (Q39) moving into senior management positions.(C10 Test2 Par4第24句)
predominant表示的是占据主导地位的，主流的，最重要的等，以前我只会说main，important，今天跟读这句，发现用predominant好像更地道，
consultative对我是一个新单词，以前虽然经常用consult，consultant，consultancy，但是今天是第一次发现还有consultative这个形容词，表示可以协商的。
3、Another point I'd like to make is that although I've been talking about companies, one trend that they have to face is the move away from people working for the same employer for years.(C10 Test2 Par4第29句)
move一般情况下是各动词，但是在这里是做了名词，move away from 变成了一个名词短语，表示离什么东西越来越远，或者说远离了某个东西，或者说这个东西已经不在那里了。来表达一个趋势和变化。
