Raj妹妹Priya由于转机需要在洛杉矶待一天，Raj介绍给大家时再度重申不许染指他妹。不过Leonard在带Priya去洗手间路上就被她亲了一下，失魂落魄，两人约好了晚上约会。
结果晚上一向早睡的Sheldon竟然沉迷于一款文字游戏不能自拔，搞得Leonard鬼鬼祟祟好不容易才把Priya带进房间。第二天一早正准备偷偷溜走的Priya又赶上早起的Sheldon，要给Leonard拿药膏，趁他在卫生间鼓捣，两人赶紧走到大门边，可最后关头就被他发现了……
Leonard要求Sheldon保密，可这对Sheldon难于登天。他设法编了个在酒吧碰到某女的假情节让Leonard记住并复述，并且在四人吃饭时情不自禁地把大家注意力吸引到此事上，可是Leonard勉强说到一半就撑不住了，对Raj如实承认。Raj生气之余听说Leonard的心被践踏了，也就好受多了。大家开始互相坦承对不起对方的事儿——Howard骗Raj感恩节外国人要给美国人送礼物，Raj拿Sheldon的牙刷剔牙，Sheldon用碾碎的毛虫掺入Leonard的食物……Sheldon得知牙刷被Raj偷用后犹如晴天霹雳，当场与Raj翻脸走人，Raj说今年感恩节给你的礼物是托马斯蒸汽火车头，Sheldon闻言又坐下了……
