First, through their individual.
Everyone have a different individuals, so everyone have a different dream, more time if you ask some questions with your team members, you will get the true answer, but some times you can not get the true answer, because have some individuals' people feel shameful to speak them's dreams, maybe some dreams cannot tell with others people, but, as a leader you must know the psychology's different between different peoples. You should spend more time with them, and can create the relationship firmly, and their dreams.
Second, through their parents.
If you can not get your team members' true dreams, you can through their parents to find their true dreams, because every young baby has true dreams. They don't want to hide their dreams, they just want to tell their parents what they want or she wants. Gradually, when a baby becomes an adult begins hiding their dreams, because some parents oppose them, because others people ridiculed them, they begin to think maybe having a dream is shame, they begin to ridicule having dreams people.
Finally, through communication with them deeply.
