As a leader, if you don't know how to find your team members' dreams, you are not a true leader, you just in the position of manager, everyone have some dreams, everyone have some goals, everyone have the destiny, everyone to do something was fated, as a leader you can't just notice your dreams, your destiny, your fated to do, you should care your all team members' dreams, if you can find them dreams and motivate the dreams, them will have a effective manner and have a ambitious enthusiasm to help your to realize your vision, and realize their dreams.

        Today, I will at three aspects to describe how to find your team members' dreams.

        First, through their individual.

        Everyone have a different individuals, so everyone have a different dream, more time if you ask some questions with your team members, you will get the true answer, but some times you can not get the true  answer, because have some individuals' people feel shameful to speak them's dreams, maybe some dreams cannot tell with others people, but, as a leader you must know the psychology's different between different peoples. You should spend more time with them, and can create the relationship firmly, and their dreams.

        Second, through their parents.

        If you can not get your team members' true dreams, you can through their parents to find their true dreams, because every young baby has true dreams. They don't want to hide their dreams, they just want to tell their parents what they want or she wants. Gradually, when a baby becomes an adult begins hiding their dreams, because some parents oppose them, because others people ridiculed them, they begin to think maybe having a dream is shame, they begin to ridicule having dreams people.

        Finally, through communication with them deeply.

        You should spend more times with your team members, if you cannot instructed the relationship with them, you are failure as a leader, you must make your team members trust you, just you must trust your team members, because you cannot doing everything, you need others people help your complete the mission with you together, when you spend the time with them and communicate with them, they will tell you them true dream.

            Never forget, you cannot just down what your dreams are, what your destiny is, what your mission is, never do this, you should remember all your team members' dreams and motivate them, spur them, help them realize the mission, when all people use the highest efficiency to work to realize their dreams, maybe you dream will fulfilling and realize.

            Don't be selfish, don't have a short pattern, you should have an open heart, you should have a confident manner, you should remember to help others people succeed and you will succeed.
