To be honest, I think maybe her awake sleep cycle is disrupted because in the day she always want to playing Instead of sleeping for a moment.This leads to sleep too early ,for example , yesterday she sleeped at five o'clock PM ,the result of this is that she's awake at nine o'clock ,so yesterday at night she's a sleeping at 2 o'clock. being a night oil could hurt my health because staying up late described my s my sleep awake cycle, which can affect my mental function and enegry the next day.
