微博开放平台-根据用户ID获取用户信息
注意：在Building Setting 中，other Linker Flags 添加-all_load
1、首先导入微博的SDK

5、注册第三方应用，并在第三方应用实现从微博返回
在AppDelegate.m中引入#import "WeiboSDK.h"头文件，
遵循WeiboSDKDelegate代理
然后写入如下:
