Hope never dies

All these began because of a movie, yet when we came to the very end, all these are more than the movie itself.

Why the movement is so important? It’s actually easy to be understand, like, you are paid to draw a picture which will be showed to all your followers and art lovers. And you did make a lot of efforts, you did spend a lot of time, you did put your spirits and thoughts in it. However, when that day came that you were prepared to obtain applause and respects as audience enjoying themselves, the masterpiece was torn apart by the payer in public.

That, you now may be clear, is how it happened.

In Justice League Theatrical Cut they released on November 17th 2017, 90% of the materials that Zack Snyder shot were changed with reshot one, the story line was broken, the actor’s lines were changed, the CG was horrible and the style of this movie was weird.

Then here came the warriors, all over the world, together fighting for good. Zack lost his daughter during producing the movie, we won’t let him lose his passion and work, we won’t let all the crew and actors lose their efforts. We are going to gain the original version of the movie. That’s the time when the hashtag#ReleaseTheSnyderCut was born.

We then signed changed.org and finally up to over 1,500,000 joiners. Since then we became a strong community, we did what we can—plane with our scroll flew across Hollywood, Warner Bros. company building and studio; ads were put up at Comic Corn, SDCC, NYCC and Time Square; donations were made for the poor and charities. And we were never alone, besides our fans, more and more celebrities tweeted with our hashtag! The crew, the actors, the DC comic editors,the producers, some of the Marvel crew, the restaurants led by Subway…and even Zack himself accompanied us in the 3-year-long run.

Sure,there were hard times, toxic haters never stopped teasing us. A number of our members quit for seeking peace. Even the initiator Fiona quit for months until the victory eve. Three years, most of us kept being strong and encouraging each other. Hope in our hearts did cloud for several times, but with the greatest perseverance here we lived through all the obstacles. Today, May 20thin 2020, history we have made, hope becomes glowing again.

Thanks for all the efforts this wonderful community have made, thanks to all the participants of this awesome movement, thanks to Zack Snyder for keeping negotiating with the WB studio. Thanks so much! Nice to meet you all and fight with you all, at this special moment we are the Justice League! We made history! We upheld justice!

You can’t save the world alone, so come together! Hope can be week, but hope never dies!
