The peace between the residents in Walden Eco Village and the lcoal zoing officials has ended on December 15 because of the prohibition of full-time residences and building code violations.  The tenants were necessitated evicintng out in the mid-winter and they are now suing the owners of violating leases by renting out unqualified houses. There is a cycle that feeds into itself between occupancy permit and building code. However, the silent war on these tiny homes hasn't been ignored by lawmakers. They claimed a bill to require local governments to allow tiny houses on residential areas, which is finally abortive. Unfortunately, the approach for tiny-house residents to economize on the rent does not match well with the requirement of costly infrastructure for local committees. It is said that the ting-house residents will end up with no housing in the pursuit of quality housing under the supervision of regulatory authority.
