A “tiny house” community consists of 25 residents lived a harmonious atmosphere with nature and local zoning officials for 12 years. However, the city decided to evict all there sidents for their cottages and casitas were not permitted as full-time residences.There is no building code for tiny house thus residents must get occupancy to get it zoned. Last year the lawmakers enact an unsuccessful bill that required local government to allow tiny house on residential plots. The tiny house provides residents with niche optbut economizing does not compatible with local zoning boards, the regulatory pursuit of quality housing means the residents will end up with no housing.
