My interpretations：
1.I should be more open in cooperation with my team. I need to speak out my ideas and share them and ask for help from two more advanced ones;
2.Get prepared for the things that is important to others, such as mentoring, suggetions, and so on;
3.I need to have a talk with Tina to see what happened these days.
