Guideline 3.2.1(viii) - Business - Other Business Model Issues - Acceptable
The app provides loan services but the domains listed on the app's Product Pages are not clearly under your control or ownership. Since users may use these domains to contact you to request support, the domains used on the Product Page for loan apps must be under your control or ownership.
Next Steps
Update the Product Page metadata in App Store Connect to only include domains that you both own and are used as email domains for Apple Accounts registered to your developer account.
You can review the email domains and Apple Accounts registered to your developer account in the Users and Access section of App Store Connect. Account Holder and Admin users should use emails with domains that identify the company providing loan services.
Please note that apps used for financial trading, investing, or money management should be submitted by the financial institution performing such services, as required by App Review Guideline 3.2.1(viii).

内心，这什么鬼，之前都好好的，怎么这次这样了，回想了一下，好像之前也说是什么域名相关的，然后检查了一下 app 填下信息，发生隐私协议，技术支持网站，还有提交审核的登录账号 A（授权账号，团队有多个 iOS 开发）（这里埋了一个暗坑），用了 3 个不一致域名，隐私协议是集团子公司的，技术支持网站是新关联子公司的，提交审核的登录账号是 163 个人邮箱，分析了一波，然后进行修改，将技术支持网站也改成集团子公司的域名官网，提交审核的登录账号切换成，集团域名的主账号B，用户与访问哪里删除了其他所有账号，并且提供了集团和子公司控股关系图（业务同事协助），域名归属图（beian.miit.gov.cn 这里查询），然后再进行提审， 没多久又被拒了。百思不得其解，申请了电话帮助，刚好也是周五，只能等了，然后周末在家也在想这个问题，然后翻看之前的信息，点击进入App Review Guideline 3.2.1(viii) 查看详情，说是小贷行业必须使用主体账号上传 app，禁止个人账号或者其他委托账号，然后就想到了那个暗坑，当初使用开发者权限账号A打包之后，因为不涉及到 app 的修改，所以一直没更换过，周一上班后立马用xcode 设置成主账号，重新打包上传提交审核，上次的附件继续提供上，半小时不到又收到的被拒邮件，仔细一看这次邮件内容有所不同：

If you do not have authorization to provide loan services on all storefronts, we recommend revising the app's Availability setting in App Store Connect to remove "World" from the salable storefront.

说销售地区有问题，不该选全球，然后返回 app 信息页，一看，也是仅选了中国大陆地区，价格哪里是美元（内心骂苹果一万遍），改成 CNY 人民币定价，并且提供截图，然后再提供小贷资质证明附件，再次提交审核，很快哈，五连鞭都没有闪，午觉起来之后就审核通过了，可喜可贺！
