The peace in “tiny house” ended when the city ordered the eviction of all the community’s residents. The tiny-house owner wanted to fix problems about this. However, anyone who want to get it zoned must get an occupancy permit because there is no building code for tiny house. Having said that, interestingly, without building code, no one can get an occupancy permit. This situation is still serious as lawmakers have not be aware of this quiet war at all. Many tiny-house residents will be homeless for economizing does not sit well with local zoning boards, which require that rental properties come with costly amenities.
