邮件学习的过程是一个动态的过程，我们可以利用结构学习法，不断地迭代。下面罗列了14个方向，在看到客户好的表达，恰当的回复时，不妨每次加到以下的结构中来。这些邮件例句是笔者在孟加拉期间常用的一些表达，参考了商务英语中级中邮件的写法和知乎上史蒂芬的高票回答。首先说一下基本原则。
原则一 方便对方阅读
题头一定要写好，不要re：re：re：无限循环下去。写明自己的主旨要求。
附件中对方需要看word就给word。需要pdf就给pdf，给的时候记得兼容低版本。Autocad的版本不要给的太高，好多人的版本都在2007左右。题外话：自己的版本一定要保持最新。worksheet尽量把数据截图，方便对方在手机上查看邮件的时候也能看到。在邮件中简明扼要的说明附件内容。
比如：原料报告为附件。在正文中写明原料是否可以使用一次码烧，收缩率是否高等等。
原则二 不影响对方
我记得看到一年孟加拉一个银行对的新人发邮件的时候，发表了新年感谢信，本来是好事，但是对方是cc了所有人。看到超过200的cc列表，让人头皮发麻。这种情况下要使用BCC功能。即显得尊重对方，好像你特别在新年发了一封感谢信给他。也不会造成cc列表把自己的所有信息都暴露。
具体的十四个方向如下：
1 固定节日邮件
新年邮件,比如孟加拉的古尔邦节和开斋节还有孟加拉新年。
Happy New Year—I hope you and your family had a great holiday and enjoyed some well-deserved time off. Thank you again for a terrific effort and a strong result last year!
2 开头打招呼
Dear ABC
Hi, ABC
Hope this email finds you well.
Have a nice day.(阿那老先生超级喜欢这句话，每次早上给我写信都是这个开头)

建议主要用在厂房探讨，电力确定，商务进程等。

5道歉
道歉是错误后必须要做的。但是犯了错误不要轻易道歉，容易给公司引来麻烦。如果没有经验的年轻销售员需要跟领导请示是否道歉、如何道歉。一般来说重大失误要解释引起误解的原因。
但是如果是书写错误，标示错误等。是可以自己做主道歉的。
（工作失误）We apologise for any inconvenience caused by writing mistake of my company in the first page of your drawings.
（工作失误）I would like to express my sincere apology for not being present of your meeting due to traffic jam in Dhaka.
My sincere apology for this unfortunate situation; I will address to my team immediately.
有时先解释错误的原因，最后轻描淡写提一下

也有的时候道歉是客气一下，对于对方可能的不适表示安慰。

临时更改行程，临时通知对方取消展位等等

有的时候我们要给公司要钱，要给售后人员要钱，过硬的语气或者无法达到对方预期，我们可以这么写

有一次NB公司的老板想让我在短息和微信回复他，但是我觉得邮件比较正式，于是在短信回复后还写了一封邮件描述此事。

6好消息
每个人都爱听好消息，我们去见客户的时候尽量带一些好消息去，这样在客户那里就一直是"幸运鸟"的形象。当面谈的时候还是邮件中，都可以稍微夸张的去渲染气氛，感动客户。好消息一般是我们给出了折扣，我们帮你带回了砖头小样，我们免费送你价值五万的备件哟。这样的感受。

提问题的时候可以比较客气。有一些数据我们必须要向甲方要来的，语气不要太硬。可以说

当然有时不能太客气，容易让对方误以为“客气”的建议是可行的。客气之后要说明理由，“暗地里” 加强语气。
10提醒
I would like kindy remind you that the first patch of goods is deliveryed today and will arrive on 20th, Jan.
May I remind you that 30 tons of cement shall be purchased for the construction of Tunnel kiln foundation.

跟好消息相同，邮件开始就可以表示对各种小事的感谢，引起对方的好感。实际上，无论对方执行
具体操作的人员还是对方的总经理都是喜欢表扬的，我们可以这样开头。

14重复信息
有的时候非常重要的汇款地址、技术确定文件等等需要重复和解释。
