记笔记方法：
-笔记分区，将阅读的建议和听力的态度分开；
-符号化提高效率；

-转折绕环型开头（找到转折连接词之后的主要内容）

-明确例子的分段（在记笔记时有意识分成两个例子来记，且尽量详细记录完整的举例；两个例子中间一般会有过渡）
