Good morning, my name is Wang weichao, it is my great honor to have this opportunity to introduce myself, and I hope I could make a good performance today, eventually become a member of your school. Now let me introduce myself please. I'm a graduate student from Shihezi University, 27 years old, born in Fuyang, Anhui province, my major is Soil science, mainly engaged in Soil ecological environment, including Soil ecological environment restoration, soil aggregates, soil microorganism(soil microbial diversity), and Graduated last June. My supervisor is Professor [prəˈfɛsɚ] Zhang Fenghua. Fortunately once I graduated, I was hired by Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and have served as a Research assistant at the Institute of Soil and Fertilizer & Agricultural Sparing Water to the present. My tutor is researcher Xu Yongmei.
As a research assistant, I have involved in a number of research projects, such as Chemical fertilizer reduction with Organic fertilizer substitution, Forage rape(饲草油菜), In the laboratory, I did the experiment of Determination of Microbial functional diversity and date analysis, I learned the date analysis of PLFAs, and Completed a paper. What’s more, I also have finished the field test arrangement alone.
