今天是我们第一天在奥克兰。我们选择先去参观新西兰的一个动物园。我很喜欢摄像和照相，所以我带了摄像机。在那里我们吃了一个野餐因为到那里的时候已经是中午了。我们是跟我妈的朋友一起玩的。他们带了一个很可爱的小宝宝。他们准备的食物其实还不错。 我们吃了饺子、玉米、萨拉。
吃完午餐以后，我们开始参观动物园了。我妈的朋友没有跟着我们进去因为小宝宝困了，想睡觉。动物园 超级酷。我们看到了各种各样的动物比如老虎、狒狒、长颈鹿、蜥蜴、蛇、鸟、海狮， 猎豹、犀牛、等。到最后，我们本来要走了。 可是我还没有看到陆龟，所以我就逼我妈带我去找。最后我们找到了，照了几张相片然后走了。
今天最后一个要去的地方是我吗另一个朋友的家。她们也有两个小宝宝，我觉得老二比老大可爱。在那儿我们跟他们吃了一个大餐。他们准备了烧烤。我们吃了牛肉串，牛排，玉米和羊排。羊排是新西兰的特色。我觉得那个羊排是我一生最好吃的羊排。还没吃，就开始流口水了，等端上来以后更是狼吞虎咽的吃。
这才是我在新西兰的第一天，就有这多好吃的东西，我很期待后几天。
Today during the New Zealand winter vacation, we were at Auckland for the first day. We decided that the first place we will visit is the zoo. I like filming, so I brought my video camera to film the cool shots I will see inside the zoo. At first, we had a small picnic with my mom’s friend.
She has a baby, who is so cute I felt like I could just squish his cheeks forever. The family brought a bunch of food including chicken legs, grapes, strawberries, dumplings, salad and corn. They also got some oatmeal to feed the geese and ducks. The food was decent, not the best food in the world, but still pretty good for a picnic.
After the picnic, the family went back home and my dad went to sleep in the car. My mom took me and my grandparents to visit the inside of the zoo. The zoo was awesome, there was a variety of animals such as cheetahs, baboons, lizards, birds and seals. I captured tons of footage of different animals doing different scenes. The first one I went to see was the giraffes. The ones in New Zealand were way bigger than the ones in China.(That’s what she said) I also liked the seal because they move through the water so gracefully. To be honest,I also really liked the penguins just because they are tiny and cute and helpless.
My favorite part of the zoo visit was watching the tiger feed on that huge piece of steak. As his sharp long teeth punctured the slab of meat and tore it apart. My grandparents got too sleepy, so they took a small nap in one of the benches as my mom and I went to look at the other animals in the other sections. The map was really hard to read and understand, so we got lost for a bit. I really wanted to see the Galapagos tortoise which was the largest tortoise in the world.
When I went to their exhibit, I was really confused. There was nothing there, but as I looked closer, my jaws dropped. The three huge tortoises were submerged under the mud pond. The only thing showing is their heads and the huge shell. The crusty tan shell and wrinkly head camouflaged perfectly with the cool brown mud. The next thing I wanted to see is the alligators and the other reptilians. However, we ran out of time, so we could not see it since it would take too long just to find the exhibit. I took more pictures and clips of the animals, then we left the zoo with good memories inside of video camera.
The final stop of the day was going to be my dad’s friend house. Once again, the family had to babies which were also very cute. There was not much to do there, so I just scrolled through my WeChat and played some lame video games on my phone My parents decided to eat dinner at their house. Since we were going to eat BBQ, I went outside to look at the fire. I was really excited to eat the barbecued lamb. Lamb is one of New Zealand’s specialty. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, the food was finally done. They served the food onto the table and the scent of each food made me smile. There was medium rare steak, lamb, beef kabob and corn. As I sunk my teeth into the lamb, the sauce and juices rushed into my mouth. The food was so delicious, I felt like I was about to have an orgasm while eating.
We were done eating; it was time to get going to out next motel. My dad drove all the way over to the house we were going to sleep in for the night. The place we were staying over the night was pretty clean and had pretty nice bed. It also had terrific Wi-Fi, I browsed through my WeChat again and then started writing this diary.
