So how shall I describe the crave for nicotine?

This desire will be haunting every one who tries to ditch the habit for at least the first week or two, or even longer, according to some of my friends who successfully stopped smoking.

It's a grabbing itch in my stomach, when it hits me, the only relief is a deep inhale of nicotine and tar.

And then, today, this itch was fading away.

Also another great day at work. My head was much clearer on shots and according to my mentor, Sam, I almost doubled my speed comparing with 2 days ago.

It was till today that I started to think I could actually do it, I am actually strong enough.
