被Dtt的急速VideoInterview搞的信心全无溃不成军，去了这个women talk lunch，刚才看了二河发来的email里的介绍链接，都是在各自领域很厉害的人。或许因为有了英语input，下午五点的tele-interview进行的算比较顺利，不出意外可以进入下一轮，稍后再议。
Then, what did I obtain from this talk?
1. Life is different from people to people, it is all about your choice. As a women, at some time point, you have to face the decision concerning about your family and your career.
* Common Point 1: They all have 2-3 kids and part-time working husband. They mentioned, when your partner ask you to give up your career or transfer to part-time work (because of giving birth to baby or other similar reason), negotiate or change this partner. True.
* Common Point 2: Smart people have a deep knowledge of how to balance life and work.
* Common Point 3: although they all start with "i am xxx, i have xx kids", but it is just by chance(？) that they are in a marriage. There is also successful professional women who has a wonderful life without marriage, again, it's all about personal choice. And most importantly, at work place, people do care about your professional skills but not whether you are married or not.
* Actually, at this point, I do not really care about male/female issue as long as it would not go to bad side. I was caught by the ear for their career suggestions.
2. I noticed that when they introduce their career, it's determinate and most of them start with " somebody I knew introduce me ...""someone give me a job..."
"It's important to let people know that you are capable to do something and the right person will bring the right job to you."
There surely something you can do but you need to create the chance and seize it.
Make sure to be impressive. How?
3. See the advantage and use it.

In conclusion, Gentle Interview
What I feel now I am not good at.
1. Accurate and fluently english communication, words I use is not advanced.
Slow your speed. 背单词？读文章？
2. I am not clear about my skills, in another word, what do i sell myself for the company?
Why would company would hire me?
Maybe it is time to reconsider my past and rewrite the resume.
And finally, I have my pace hopefully and begin to have a little courage to step out my emotional comfortable zone. Make the harder decision, Live voller energy.
