Several days ago I bought apair of pillow towels on line. When I received the pillow towels, I found colour was different from what I had seen on line.
Yesterday, I told the shopowner about it. She agreed to return them. She tought me to apply for return of goods. Then she click the agree button. I wrote down my Taobao account name on a piece of paper and put it iinto a bag along with the pillow towels. When I applied for return goods, I found that I needn't go to the delivery agent because they said they would sent their clerk to take the parcel.
After about half an hour a clerk came, he askme to pay the delivery fee on line and write down the book number and put it into the bag with the pillow towels in it. Then he took the bag away.
I told the shopowner that I had returned the pillow towels. She told me that when she receive the pillow towels she will return my money to me and the delivery fee will be returned, to me too.
Such is my experience of return goods bought on line. It was the first time and I learned a lot from it.
I seldom bought things on line until I gave birth to my daughter. Almost, every thing I need was bought on line. It is very convenient to shop on line. I can read through many shops and compare the goods and their prices and the customers' comments to choose and decide.
