Ma Xiaoqiu:Selflessness and concentration
说到“无我”，首先我们要认清“无我”的概念。无是没有，是不存在，是虚无。我是有，是存在，是真实。一个人要真正做到利他，其思想和行为必须上升到无我的境界。这时的“我”，其身体是存在的，但其心灵是无私的，是完全放下自身所有利益并全心全意为他人而生存的，这是一个般若的智慧境界：“空不亦色，色不亦空”。
When it comes to"Selflessness,"we must first understand the concept of"no ego.""No"means nothing,no existence,nihility.“ego”means self,existence,true and real.In order to be truly altruistic,one must rise to the level of selflessness in thought and action.At this time,the“ego”has its own body,but its mind is selfless.It completely lays down all its own interests and whole-heartedly survive for others.This is a prajna intellectual realm:"empty is color,color is empty."
无我是空，全心全意为他人是有，故“有之以为利，无之以为用。”有是我们的身体，身体承载着一颗无私的心，这颗心是胸怀天下的，只有胸怀天下，才能有大用，正如老子所说：“圣人无常心，以百姓心为心”，从而天下百姓成就了圣人的地位，这才是一种真正利他的行为。
No ego is the invisible empty,and the wholehearted for others means the visible physical.Therefore,Yes--the visible physical is convenience,and No--the invisible empty plays its part.The“visible physical”is our body,and the body carries an unselfish mind.This mind cherishes the world,only the mind of the world,can it has great use.Just as Lao Tzu said:"The saints have no fickle mind,but the minds of the people.Thus the people of the world have achieved the status of the saints.This is an act of genuine altruism.
正如鼎益丰的发展壮大，是因为我们承诺无我，兑现无我，把更多的利益和智慧无私地给予大家，大家才成就了鼎益丰的伟大。
Just as Dingyifeng has grown stronger,it is because we have promised to be selfless,honored with selflessness,imparted more benefits and wisdom to everyone,and everyone has realized the greatness of Dingyifeng.
再言“专一”，专即是一，所谓专一，是一心一意，专心专注在一件事、一个人、或者一个领域等等。专一是心灵清净，思维专注到极致，佛学称之为禅，老子称之为“致虚极，守静笃”。只有这样清净而专注的定力，才能成就非凡的事业，专一可以让我们心不外驰，凡事一门深入，看清事物本质，认清事物真相。因此一个专一的人，能真正做到守信，专一是守信的前提。因此“无我、利他、专一、守信”这八个字，成就的是：道、术、德。
To say“concentration”again,that is,one is specific,and the so-called specificity is focused on one thing,one person,or one field etc.The specificity is that the mind is pure and the mind is focused to the extreme.Buddhism calls it Zen,and Lao Tzu called it“Attain the utmost in passivity,hold firm to the basis of quietude.”Only such a clean and focused effort can achieve extraordinary careers.Concentration allows us to keep our minds on the thing,and everything goes deeper,seeing the essence of things,and recognizing the truth of things.Therefore,a specialized person can truly be trustworthy.Specificity is a prerequisite for trustworthiness.Therefore,the words"selflessness,altruism,concentration,and trustworthiness"are the achievements of Taoism,technique,and morality.
