On December 22, White House Counsel asked Democratic lawmakers to start identifying judicial candidates who don’t have experiences on the federal bench .This means Joe Biden make amends to bring much-needed professional substantive diversity to the federal bench, which hopefully break the imbalance between prosecutors representing the government and lawyers fighting for ordinary people.If Biden is serious about turning over a new leaf,it will be one positive thing to Judicial reform.
