《A Green thumb》是迪斯尼品德培养系列绘本故事中的一本，主角是经典童话故事《睡美人》里的Princess aurora (爱洛公主) 和Aunt Fauna, Aunt Flora Merryweather (三位仙女教母）。这本有一定难度，推荐给6-9岁的孩子阅读。
大家都知道睡美人的故事吧？有谁还记得爱洛公主在16岁之前是生活在哪里呢？对了，为了躲避黑巫婆的迫害，爱洛儿和她的三位仙女教母隐居在一个森林深处的农庄里。
《A Green thumb》就是以在农庄的生活为背景来展开的：
Aunt Flora has finished her basket, she is very good at making basket. They are beautiful!
Aunt Merryweather bakes delicious roll.
In the spring, each of her aunt had planted a vegetable patch. Briar Rose had planted flowers. Aunt Faun thought she doesn’t have much luck with vegetables. But in fact, her bean plants are tall and healthy than others plants. So aunt faun was very exciting for her bean plants. Aunt Faun was talking about her beans every day, then other aunt was not happy for it.
What would a princess do? She put her arms around her aunt Flora and Merryweather spoke kindly.“ You know, Aunt Faunt is always thrilled at your successes at basket-weaving and baking. But now she’s happy to have some success of her own.”
Then Briar Rose talk to Aunt Fauna with a soft gentle voice :“I am so happy for your success, but do you think being reminded of your good fortune might make others feel bad?”
所以这是一本关于谦虚、体谅别人换位思考的绘本。
