因为第一次做这种阅读，所以没有养成随时笔记的习惯，但这本书能够让我读下去，很大一部分是因为三观还是很符合的，所以分享一些自己觉得特别有感触的片段。
If pursuing the positive is a negative, then pursuing the negative generates the positive. 这句话的后面其实有很多的解释，和个人很highlight的点，是我自己本身遇到很多事情，特别是不好的事情，其实我会想着如何去逃避。但仔细想想那些痛苦，其实才造就了现在的自己。而这段解释可以很好的说服自己，痛苦本来就是生活的一部分，而且是主要的部分，快乐才是他的副产品，特别是对于还需要更多成长的我。

It is perhaps the only struggle in one’s life 这段话表达的其实是说人生最大的一个挣扎，就是不断的探索知道自己想要的是什么，自己真正想在乎的东西，而在这一路上其实会有很多的失败。看了这段话我想到的是见识，缺少该有的经历，没有应有的见识，所以才不知道自己想要什么。讲真的，这就好像在劝说我，应该做一个决定了，然后这个决定会有很多的痛苦，可是这个痛苦会给我带来更大的快乐，更多的见识和世界。 总的来说觉得书的三观和自己经历了一些事情后，的一些想法很相似。
其实我的母亲就是一个很多事情需要追求完美的人，所以现在有了焦虑症，真希望这本书有英文版本的！
