In 2020, many public events, which should have been held in Japan, postponed for the worldwide pandemic that also posted threats to Japan’s economy. However, in the third quarter of 2020, Japan became recover by some foreign trade deals and signing the ASEAN. Its economy also showed the fastest grow in past 50 years. However, this recovery was not new on Japanese history, since it owned a group of excellent leaders of promising cooperates, such as Cannon and Kikoman. Their leaders are full of innovation spirit and can adapt to the changing environment. They can learn from experiences so that they can get stronger and smarter. It is their spirits, and their cooperates, that drives Japan from crisis to a more successful future.
