报错步骤：
按照官方教程https://docs.docker.com/install/linux/docker-ce/ubuntu/
安装，到apt-get install docker-info这步之后，报错如下：
Package docker-ce is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package 'docker-ce' has no installation candidate
报错原因:
linux版本号19.04，对应发行版本名disco,此版本的源中没有docker-ce的安装包，所以报错
解决办法：
使用旧版本的docker仓库，我用的是bionic ，使用下面的命令添加源后再安装就Ojbk了：
$ sudo add-apt-repository \
"deb [arch=amd64]https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu bionic stable"
