最后想说一下，中间那句“three times as many as have been killed in battle” 中的 have been killed in battle. 这个直译起来是“在战争中死亡的(人数)”，突然来了个battle有点懵，因为跟前后文不搭噶，整篇文章中也没提到战争。然后我赶紧去群里问小伙伴，是不是这里引深为其他的意思。立里同学给我解释说，这里就是战争的意思，自杀人数要比战争死亡人数多得多。还帮我搜索了新闻来论证。在这里感谢立里，让我学习到了她做事情的极致精神。
One is young women in China and India. In most of the world, older people kill themselves more often than the young, and men more than women. But in China and India, young women have been unusually prone to suicide. That is decreasingly the case. Another group is middle-aged men in Russia.
