成纤维细胞：

The first CAF sub-cluster was comprised of 280 cells (16.2% of all stromal; red cluster) and was classified as myofibroblast-like CAFs (myCAFs) through the elevated expression of activated fibroblast markers (ACTA2, FAP and PDPN) and collagen-related genes (COL1A1 and COL1A2);

Fibroblast 注释成两类：周皮细胞，平滑肌细胞和成纤维细胞
myofibroblast-like CAFs ： ACTA2, FAP, PDPN；
inflammatory-CAFs (iCAFs)：CXCL12；
differentiated-PVL(dPVAL): TAGLN, MYH11,MYLK;
immature-PVL (imPVL): PDGFRB, CD36, RGS5;

内皮细胞：

endothelial cells provide nutrients for tumour growth, constitute routes for metastatic dissemination through angiogenesis, and contribute to resistance to ‘chemotherapies and radiation’.

内皮细胞：（PECAM1,VWF, ENG）We identified five subtypes of endothelial cells (EC) including lymphatic, venous, and arterial endothelial cells (LEC, VECs, and AECs), tip cells, and an EC cluster enriched with interferon induced genes

淋巴内皮细胞（LEC）：PDPN, PROX1；
静脉内皮细胞（VEC）: ACKR1；
动脉内皮细胞（AEC）: GJA5；
顶端细胞(tip cell)：KCNE3,ESM1,ANGPT2,APLN;
干扰素EC细胞：干扰素相关基因。
