面试外企经典问题一 What would you do if you got a task impossibly to complete?

When I receive the task, I analyze the possibility to execute. There two situations to discuss. If it is totally impossible to complete. I’ll communicate honestly with my boss immediately and tell him the reasons to  avoid unnecessary loss. Another situation is that the task have a little possibility to success. I’ll make plans and schedule. Display them to the boss, tell him when I’ll conquer it or how much I can accomplish when meeting the deadline. During the process of executing, I’ll tell the boss the risk what may happen, the progress what I have made and  discuss the plans and schedule that may have changed regularly. Finally, whatever it successes or fails, on the basis of the facts and numbers, I’ll analyze the whole process and make a detailed report to tell the boss what should be accepted and what should be avoided next time.
