Habit 6 Synergize
Synergize(协同增效)是什么意思呢?
Synergy:整体 the whole>部分的综合 the sum of its parts.
Synergy:value the differences
to respect the differences,
to build on strengths,
to compensate for weakness.
The very way that a man and a woman bring a child into the worle is synergistic .The essence of synergy is to value differences ---to respect them, to built on strengths, to compensate for weaknesses.
Synergistic Communication
If a person of your intelligence and competence and commitment disagrees with me, then there must be someting to your disagreement that I do't underatand, and I need to underatand it.You have a perspective ,a frame of reference I need to look at.
