525是心理健康日。
提醒大家“珍惜生命,关爱自己”。核心内容是:关爱自我,了解自我,接纳自己,关注自己的心理健康和心灵成长,提高自身心理素质,进而爱别人,爱社会。爱自己才能更好地爱他人。
心理健康的第一条标准就是认识自我,接纳自我,能体验到自己存在的价值,乐观自信,这样的人才能用信任、友爱、宽容、尊重的态度与人相处,能分享、接受、给予爱和友谊,能与他人同心协力。
这两天看到了一个不可思议的想象,我认为原因有二:①不正确的认知;②不懂得关爱自己,接纳自己。
我想说的是:不管我们遭遇过什么样的苦痛与挫折,都不应该伤害自己。世纪老人冰心不也说吗:“生命中不是永远快乐,也不是永远痛苦,快乐和痛苦是相生相成的。”无论遇到什么苦难都希望你能接纳自己。爱自己并不仅仅是在物质上满足自己,更重要的是关注自己的内心。
世上只有一个独一无二的你,我希望你能遵从内心,做最喜欢的自己。
最后,在这个特别的日子里,我想将卓别林的一首诗献给大家,《当我真正开始爱自己》

当我真正开始爱自己,
我才认识到,所有的痛苦和情感的折磨,
都只是提醒我:活着,不要违背自己的本心。
今天我明白了,这叫做
[真实]

我才懂得,把自己的愿望强加于人,
是多么的无礼,就算我知道,时机并不成熟,
那人也还没有做好准备,
就算那个人就是我自己,

[尊重]
当我开始爱自己,
我不在渴求不同的人生,
我知道任何发生在我身边的事情,
都是对我成长的邀请。

当我开始真正爱自己,
我才明白,我其实一直都在正确的时间,
正确的地方,发生的一切都恰如其分。
由此我得以平静。
今天我明白了,这叫做
[自信]
当我开始真正爱自己,
我开始远离一切不健康的东西。
无论是饮食和人物,还是事情和环境,
我远离一切让我远离本真的东西。
此前我把这叫做“追求健康的自私自利”,
但今天我明白了,这是
[自爱]
当我真正开始爱自己,
我不再继续沉溺于过去,
也不再为明天而忧虑,
现在我只活在一切正在发生的当下,
今天,我活在此时此地,
如此日复一日。这就叫
[完美]
当我开始真正爱自己,
我明白,我的思虑让我变的贫乏和病态,
但当我唤起了心灵的力量,
理智就变成了一个重要的伙伴,
这种组合我称之为,
[心的智慧]
我们无须再害怕自己和他人的分歧,
矛盾和问题,
因为即使星星有时也会碰在一起,
形成新的世界,
今天我明白,
这就是
[生命]

<AS I BEGAN TO LOVE MYSELF>
As I began to love myself
I found that, anguish and emotional suffering are only warning signs that, I was living against my own truth.
Today, I know, this is AUTHENTICITY.
As I began to love myself
I understood how much it can offend somebody as I try to force my desires on this person,
even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it,
and even though this person was me.
Today I call it RESPECT.
As I began to love myself
I stopped craving for a different life,
and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow.
Today I call it MATURITY.
As I began to love myself
I understood that at any circumstance,
I am in the right place at the right time,
and everything happens at the exactly right moment,
so I could be calm.
Today I call it SELF-CONFIDENCE.
As I began to love myself
I quit steeling my own time,
and I stopped designing huge projects for the future.
Today,
I only do what brings me joy and happiness,
things I love to do and that make my heart cheer,
and I do them in my own way and in my own rhythm.
Today I call it SIMPLICITY.
As I began to love myself
I freed myself of anything that is no good for my health – food, people, things, situations, and everything the drew me down and away from myself.
At first I called this attitude a healthy egoism.
Today I know it is LOVE OF ONESELF.
As I began to love myself
I quit trying to always be right,
and ever since I was wrong less of the time.
Today I discovered that is MODESTY.
As I began to love myself
I refused to go on living in the past and worry about the future.
Now,
I only live for the moment,
where EVERYTHING is happening.
Today I live each day,
day by day,
and I call it FULFILLMENT.
As I began to love myself
I recognized that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick.
But As I connected it to my heart,
my mind became a valuable ally.
Today I call this connection WISDOM OF THE HEART.
We no longer need to fear arguments,
confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or others.
Even stars collide, and out of their crashing new worlds are born.
Today I know THAT IS “LIFE“!
