Up to now, the book has been finished. On the ten day of reading, I learned from the book a few points. First of all, we should have a clear-cut goal. Mr. Haruki Murakami has to keep running every day, even if his knee is injured or the weather is bad. Do we have any more difficulties? Finally,we should focus on our health. Whether learning or work, a good body is the premise that we can touch our ideal peak . Only in this way can we not be overwhelmed by the pressure from the outside world. Of course, in the whole book. What I admire most is the spirit of the author. I want to learn from him to give my all for my dream.
