Dear Jim,

I am writing to share some thoughts  regarding the plan of having each student take turns to give an English speech before class. While I appreciate your efforts, I think this approach may not be suitable for every student to match the different interests and strength of the students.

Maybe we can include a bunch of different activities. For instance, we would organize group discussions, role -play exercises or even encourage students to create short English videos. This way ,everyone can speak English in the style that they like the most.

I hope you can consider my suggestion.

Different students of different levels in English. You ask students to have an English speech before class in turn ,which  may not so appropriate  I think.To arouse every student's interest and make full use of students strengths, I'd like to offer suggestions as follow.

To start with, we can hold a bunch of different activities such as good discussion , role- play exercise,English movie show ,tongue twister and so on. What's more, we can hold an English dubbing contest if possible. Only in this way, can we students  Learn English  with all efforts in the way we like.

I am Li Hua from class 210. Learning that we will be asked to have any speech before class in return from next week,I'm writing to convey my concerns and hope this wouldn't offend you.

One of the main difficulties of having an English speech in class in return is that different students have different ways to better their English. Some may like group discussion,some may prefer role play exercise,and some may be fond of  dubbing practice. We students should be given the opportunities to choose the way we like.

Hope my suggestions will be carefully considered.

Today you know how lucky I was. I know that Sol experienced at our table was much more than the physical and spiritual warmth of mama's delicious soup. It was a pure joy of family table where the real feast was love.

Soon we were sitting around the table ,served with a bowl of soup each. My mom talked over how her soup was made, proud of her flame- blacked pots. Sol had an  enjoyable taste of the soup,as he listened to my mom .Thinking of he would laugh at what my family had done and looked down upon me from then on, I wanted the floor to swallow me up. Feeling embarrassment almost wrapped me entirely.

But sol quickly finished the bowl and ask for one more." Really? do you really like the soup?" I asked him." Yes, of course ,I like it very much .I've never tasted anything like the soup, which makes me feel warm and comfortable" I breathed a sigh of relief. When he say goodbye to my family ,sol told me secretly" I envy you because you are so lucky to have a such great family" I wondered what he told me when we walked down the street ,waving and smiling". Today I  know exactly why he said so at that time. How lucky I am that was born in a family full of love and caring, which support me to go further in my life. It was love that lasts forever.

We are excited to announce upcoming speech competition with the theme of "green traval " in the school hall next week. Our aim is to encourage student to think creatively about green travel options and share their ideas in English.

Debbie was very worried, but she had no choice. Throughout the whole night, he couldn't stop thinking about her sick son and possible result.Losing her job was something she simply could not risk because she desperately need the money, which was crucial for her son's treatment.When morning came, she hurried to George office. She made up her mind to have a more detailed talk with George and ask for his forgiveness .She hoped that George would understand her situation, allowing her to keep her job.

George said he made a decision after careful consideration. He decided not to fire Debbie!At the same time ,he made a change to the rules,allowing employees to take uneaten food that would normally be thrown away. Feeling a huge weight lifted off her shoulders, Debbie couldn't help crying. George added, "you are a good mother and dedicated waitress. We've decided to promote you to assistant manager. Also,  I have personally arranged a donation for your son's medical expenses. "George's thoughtful assistance greatly conformed Debbie and provided much needed  support to help her get through this tough time.

Debbie was very worried but she had no choice she wouldn't help thinking whether he will be fired or not. I am thinking of this he could  hardly fall asleep. Being fired is risk for her at present because her son need her financial support. Overwhelmed by the sense of anxiety and uneasiness, he made a decision that he would go to the George office and had a talk with him again, trying to explain more details about her situation she met right now and ask for his forgiveness.

George said he made a decision after careful consideration." You can work here as  USUAL" said George." From today on leftover food can be taken if you need" George said to the staff in his restaurant." Debbie ,as a caring mom and delicated worker, should be respected by everyone. Here is another news to announce: Debbie  will be promoted as an assistant manager for her hard work and dedication." Then they had a donation  for Debbie's son. "Thank you all. Words can't convey my gratitude" Tears rolled down her face with excitement and appreciation. "We should thank  Debbie.It is her story that refine our rules. " George Smiled.

"He is still alive! "my mother called out with excitement. In  disrelief, I rushed to the bathroom ,my heart pounding with a mixture of fear and hope. With much luck, my mother located a struggle fish and safely returned him to his bowl. How grateful I was seeing Don swimming awkwardly and weekly in the bowl, with a bloodstain on his body. "Would he die?" I thought to myself with a heavy heart. Then ,with special care, I placed Don back into my bedroom,determined to take much better care of him.

Don proved me wrong again. Slowly ,he regained his strength and  bloodstain faded away. I felt immersed relief, cherishing the years that followed as I enjoyed the company, diligently feeding and nurturing him as a friend .The incident marked the turning point in my understanding of the responsibility that came with companionship. My mother and sister were delighted to witness he my transformation into a more  conscious pet owner.
