Like most of you,I like public speaking and communicate with others
Actually, when people first know me, it’s hard for them to connect me with programmer, they say I am a fake programmer.
Different from other programmer, I enjoy to be the special one, Outgoing and easygoing. Not a 宅男 or 屌丝，I find being a programmer helps me become a better public speaker.
First of all, coding require high quality and less error. Which makes me precise, explicit and own a critical thinking, therefore I can organize my speech logically and take the role as an evaluator pratically.
Second, long-term interact with computer requires a lot of concentration and commitment, in return, it helps me focus on practicing my speech. Even at midnight
Last but not least. Programmer is kind of a simple creature. Who is introverted, sincere and maybe deeply suffer from straight cancer, most importantly, easy to feed. As a speaker, I can Refine the wold of programmer as my speech material to finish my ACB level speech, That’s great.
No doubt, Every profession has lots of thing to do with speech once you involved and like it
I first joined toastmasters in Chengdu, 2016.
Actually Because I find it’s hard to practice my spoken English at English Conner, At that time my high school classmate strongly recommend me to join ToastMasters.
Therefore, I followed her advice and stand here
From just a common member, I progressed to SAA, to VPPR, to president, to AD
Toastmasters has profoundly changed me. Being a Toastmaster has given me confidence to take on ever bigger and more challenging roles.
For example, I did not believe that I could deliver a public speaking in English until it actually happened, I finished my CC Level, which require ten speech in English. After that, the confidence helped propel me into progressively more important leadership roles. I believe in Toastmasters there is always a bigger stage waiting for you guys, if you want to discovery the best of yourself, stay hungry , stay foolish
running, is part of my life. not only it build up my body, but also it really brings great joy to me. Before graduate from colleague, I was satisfied with my running record. Such as keep running in the early morning of winter. representative my academy to join the long distance race, get first place in physical education running test. But when I graduated and take part in marathon races, too young too simple.
Comparing with Run in circles on the playground.I traveled Dujiangyan ，Xichang, DunHuang and other great places, each marathon just like a journey in my life. Comparing with the 3Km race in sports meet, I can’t believe I can finish 42km long distance running, but I did made it. It’s hard to image how exciting I am when reach the destination. even though I was exhausted and eager to fall down in a faint. Compare with running alone. I joined a running group and make frinds with some interesting guys, together, we do excercise and learn running skill, together, we encourage each other on the way. Together, we share the joy and achievement after funning， which is a wonderful time I can’t forget forever.
out of your comfort zone to explore the world with an opening heart. There must be something makes your face turn red and heart beat fast, keep going on, own true love makes you different.
in a world, the best thing is to follow your heart live the way you want ！just the way you are, once driven by your interest and hobby, you will make a difference!
