Owing to the operation, I had fifteen days off. This week I come back to work.Generally speaking,I am not appropriate for working this week for I haven't recoverd fully. As a consequence, I run out of my energy everyday , feeling exhausted at eight O'clock every night.
I approximately get up at six o'clock every morning.Having washed my face, brushed my teeth and having breakfast, I go to work. It takes me forty five minutes to go to school. Being the supervisor of Basic English Course, I answer the questions of the students on the way to school. Arriving at school, I begin the daily routine of my work, including previewing the lessons, and teaching the students in the class, and correcting the homework, listening to other teachers' lessons, etc. At noon, after having my lunch, I have to correcting the pronunciation mistakes of the students in the course, which needs two hours for me to do it. It takes up my time for taking a nap, which leads to the result that I feel sleepy in the afternoon when I was in the office. In the afternoon, I prefer to read the book THREE DAYS TO SEE for a while, or studying the English Pronunciation and Internation, and so forth. The moment I come home it is usually at five o'clock in the afternoon. Normally I would accompany my daughter to play until she goes to sleep. Then I go to sleep with her together.
That is what I do every day this week.I feel sleepy and exhausted every day. Moreover, My hands and my waist ache. What should I do?
