Ma Xiaoqiu:The result of mind
其实，我们每个人成长的过程都是一张K线图，或在起伏中上升，或在起伏中下降。同样，一家企业的发展也是如此。上升是善因的果，下降是恶因的缘，无论是上升，还是下降都是一种修炼。明理者当知＂长短相形，高下相倾，音声相和，前后相随＂之理，这就是事物发展变化的必然规律，这就是事物本来的真实之相。
Actually,each of us grows up as a K-line map,or it rises in ups and downs,or goes down in the ups and downs.Similarly,the development of a company is also the same.Rising is the fruit of the good causes,and decline is the result of the evil causes.Whether it is rising or falling is a kind of cultivation.It is the inevitable law of the development and change of things,that is,the true nature of things.
我们每天都希望生命健康长寿，我们每天都祝愿企业一帆风顺，但现实中，往往出现许多的不如人意，于是我们的烦恼由然而生，我们的怨气由此而来，殊不知上升下降都是心念的结果。
Every day we want to live a long and healthy life.Every day we wish our company is going smoothly.However,in reality,many things are often unsatisfactory.Therefore,our troubles arise out of nothing.Our grievances come from this.We do not know that rising and falling are all mind results.
世上本无事，庸人自扰之。凡事都由心所生，疾病60％的因素由心情所产生。用情生烦恼，忘念转正心，天堂地狱即在当下。所谓通过努力我们可以去到那美丽的天堂，其实那个美丽的天堂即在当下。当心平静了、宽广了、慈悲善良了，即喜、即乐、即天堂；当下憎恨了、烦恼了、痛苦了，甚至疾病了，即苦、即痛、即地狱。
There is nothing in the world,mediocre person self-interference.All things are born of mind,and 60%of the diseases are caused by one's mood.To create trouble with emotion,the delusion turns the right mind.The heaven and hell are at the present moment.We can go to that beautiful paradise through hard work.In fact,that beautiful paradise is in the moment.When mind is calm,broad,compassionate and kind,that is,joy,that is,happiness,that is,heaven;the moment hated,annoyed,painful,even sick,that is,bitter,pain,that is,hell.
