My Reflections
As a public speech learner for almost 10 years, I agree with all the laws of communication. Maxwell makes them into 16, concise and accurate. In the book, you can always bump into golden words, which I collected in the mind map above. His expressions are thoughtful, always follow the rules of short and rhyme, easy to be remembered.
What I really learned from author Maxwell is not only those valuable laws but also what he did in this field. For over 30 years, he deeply dig the knowledges of being a great communicator and leader. To help and value people. All those things make him popular and successful today. But what matters for him is that he totally enjoy what he's doing, take challenges for different presentation situations. Countless people inspired by his speeches. This is what I love, I hope one day I also can encourage and value people through words.
If you are interested in communication, especially you have needs to do public speeches, I highly recommend this book to you. Follow the laws it shows, you can be a great speaker in the near future.
