（1）精读：熟词生义，遇见总有种无力感。翻译太极拳的时候，感觉自己作文水平词汇水平退大步。
（2）视听说：经过假期对听力有一点点陌生，听不懂的时候很头疼。

增加英语听力词汇量，增强熟练度，提升耳力，口语中注意提升连读轻重音。
